Doctorate with a thesis on ?Wille zur Erkenntnis? ? Die Selbsterkenntnis des Willens und die Idee des Menschen in der ästhetischen Theorie Arthur Schopenhauers. From 1999 to 2002 she was deputy editor, and since April 2002 full-time managing editor of the Kant-Studien. Since 2019 Managing Director of the Kant Research Center.
